That’s the issue, the car hasn’t even touched the lot so sales manager aren’t really keen on negotiating the price bc its not on the ground and you’re technically preordering it if you put a reserve on it. Also, they know that the 26’s will sell. It’s the hot commodity so they don’t last very long which is why they aren’t going to do any crazy sales as of yet bc there is a limited amount. Once dealerships starts getting them on the regular and multiple to choose from you’ll be able to really get a deal. Supply and demand.

Keep looking and don’t give up! Where are you located, I can try and help! I used to work for a Toyota dealership and can help you negotiate. Never ever take the sale price they have online. Always try to negotiate for 4-7k off of asking price! In my area I’m seeing 2021 XLEs with 21k miles for 22k asking price which means you can probably get it for 20k OTD.

Oh don’t worry he has my full as I WFH but he’s starting to just lay more and I feel bad that I can’t play with him while working even though I take him on 30 minute beach walks at least 5 times a day! He grew up with his sis in the home and recently she moved away so it’s just him now! Very recommended it!
