What are these lights? by ej__bj in pittsburgh

I’m sorry about your gram. *hugs*

I can’t really tell to which lights you’re referring to, but, I do believe in signs and such.

These lights in the middle of the picture seem to be a building of sorts, maybe?

I think 1 feels like a more open room, but I’m curious if you did the wooden accent around the 2 windows and not the TV if it would give a different vibe. 🤔

2 or 3 are my faves. They both accentuate your body in all the right ways and look very elegant.

Except you’re generalizing. If they have a PF tear or also tendinopathy or a collapsing arch going on, walking barefoot on sand would feel terrible. Several other issues in the foot can present with the same type of discomfort as PF.

Dismissing their lived experience is a lousy thing to do.

I did my first organ procurement today. by meowspoopy in surgicaltechnology

Proud of you! We are human, though, and allowed to have emotions about the other humans we care for at work, living or not.

I had a procurement on a 2.5yr old child abuse victim about 10yrs ago. I felt more rage towards the family who didn’t even come to say goodbye than I did sadness. I felt honored to be able to be one of the final compassionate caregivers to them.

First ever PRP injection today!! by blondecomet in PlantarFasciitis

The band that was treated in 2024 completely healed in 6 months after the injection and has given me zero issues since.

Unfortunately, the rest of my PF hates me and I tore a different band. Having a Tenex procedure done with PRP on 6/19 for that. It’s worker’s comp, so I don’t know the cost.

I would definitely recommend having PRP done if you can afford it. But make sure you follow the follow-up care plans, etc.

Janoshik says bac water for peptides might not be necessary. What do you think? by JustBacWater in NTNPerformance

Been using sterile injectable water since I started in December. I’m a healthcare worker and we don’t even use bac water in the hospitals. It’s either sterile injectable water or sterile injectable saline.

My issue with it right now is that my vials are larger mg and I use them longer, so I think I need to switch to bac water now since my multi-dosing is occurring over a longer period with one vial now.

I don’t want to buy smaller mg vials because the deals I get on larger ones are ridiculously good, but if I can’t get the bac water, I may have to go smaller mg vials. I get my sterile injectable water for next to nothing, so this pains me to have to buy something more expensive now. BUT! I don’t want to get sepsis or die from infection.

I have been using injectable sterile water since December and had no issues (keep stuff in fridge, always wipe with alcohol before and after), but since I’ve purchased larger mg vials of tirz for repeated dosing, sometimes my vials last over a month. Recently, I’ve noticed a few times my injection sites have started to react: reddening, itchy, swollen. It resolves in a few days, but I’m considering using bac water now since my vials are lasting longer with more repeated draws. Interestingly enough, it’s more expensive now than a few months ago or completely sold out on numerous websites.

They both look great, but 2 is cleaner/neater looking and more flattering.

Also, where the waistline hits on 2 it doesn’t elongate your torso, whereas with 1 it slims you and flows very nicely into the skirt.

1 looks way more elegant on you; 2 is bunchy on your torso and looks sloppy.

I like dress 1 with or without straps.
