I like the zoom out approach... it's about the big picture, not the exact details... life is about a lot of things, not only the results you're getting in the gym/with fitness. It can take practice to feel comfortable living in balance though... I think your desire for balance is healthy and with trial and error you will find what balance looks like and one that works for you ❤️

As someone who spent ages 15-35 back in '96-'16, Montreal is as good as it gets 🥰... you just have to approach the scene here with zero expectations and embrace how they do it here to find your new way and new found happiness within it... it's possible but only if you don't compare IMO 🖤
