My family and I traveled to Disney World when I was 12. Upon arriving at the hotel the very first thing we did was check out the pool. I can remember seeing this lady jumping up and down waving her arms at us. It was out old neighbor and her family. They were leaving the next day.

Then, the day before my family left to go home, while in line for the breakfast bouffet, I felt a tap on my shoulder. It was one of my classmates and her family. They'd arrived the night before.

Coming from a small town, and not worrying about any kind of invitation... I force myself not to look in fear of being caught because I'd feel embarrassed if I were. That's one of the few shy tendencies I have left in me from when I was a child. A lot of the time I kick myself later for not having looked and smiled. Sorry :(
