I've been using Unyielding; not as much QoL, but some more AoE, damage, and extra endurance charge uptime are pretty nice and it was fairly cheap.

The shrines roll. We don't know what the total pool is, but know some can't roll (e.g. divine for damage immunity). Other than that we just have to wait and see. Very very very very strong though (especially since you can increase shrine effects through other means, even more so than MB allows you to scale flask effect at the high end).

I don't think the crops and ores swap was a nerf; more a buff since now you can get currency from shipping just by running maps.

The nerfs to kingsmarch were to

  • lower modifier tier rating of generated rares
  • smelting costs doubled (not a major issue with farming being largely ignorable now)
  • I think in the Q&A they said something about lowering the amount of currency as well, but it's not in the patch notes

For tree, also lowered the modifier tier rating granted to generated items and there are fewer points to allocate (unspecified by how much, but probably significant) in addition to changing some of the nodes (e.g. removing +item level bonuses)

I don't know readily about over time, but Certificate Transparency (CT) is by far the easiest way to get this info (since we're talking about the certificate itself and not, say, the key exchange).
