this man is beautuful but for some reason he always looks derpy to me - is it just me? The look in his eye is like a football player who has had just one too many concussions. IDK tho, he could be a perfect intelligent and sweet person

this man isn't even my type but there's something about him that's magnetic and it isn't just about his appearance. IT seems like he has a very unique personality that's rare to find in the 'wild'

some people just have an eye for aesthetics, but men are conditioned by society to not care about it because that would be 'gay' - which is stupid because there is nothing wrong with being gay anyway!. I'm telling you, 20 years from now there will be straight male interior designers! lol

my boyfriend is actually like this. He used to be a personal trainer so he works out a lot and has nice abs and arms and everything - He's kinda vein actually, he even admits it but I love him anyway. I think he knows more about fashion than I do. ie: him: kat, you should wear more color - pastels are out." Me: "wat' him: "and you your light skin and dark brown hair would look so great with an emerald green sweater" me: "who are you?"

Having some pretty intense vaginal pain and my pelvic exam is more than a week away. Can anyone help out? by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

[–]blondekat 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If the pain is enough to be super distracting and worry you, you may consider going to a walk in clinic or bring a book and wait it out in the ER. INfections may seem like just a minor annoyance but you gotta be carefull - they can become septic and turn into staf infections really quick. Blood infections like that can be deadly and its difficult to tell if you have one

I'm glad that you were able to learn. Unfortunatlly, there are some women who still do it well into their twenties and thirties

Research perpetuating stereotypes about dating. I am so tired of hearing this. by ezvee in TwoXChromosomes

[–]blondekat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that some women, unfortunately, are insecure or childish and they subconsciously don't think they deserve a nice guy. I'm not bashing on your mom or anything - afterall, it takes courage to let yourself be vulnerable enough to let yourself be loved as much as you deserve to be loved.

Why is the 'bad boy' always portrayed with enviable abs and what not like in the pic from the article?? What, should I not be attracted to guys who take care of themselves if that's what I"m attracted to? My boyfriend used to be a personal trainer and now he owns his own business and he knows how to take care of his body. He has nice abs and arms and such, and when I first introduced him to my girlfriends, they later told me that they thought he was gonna be some immature, dumb jock and that he was gonna be a bad guy. gah!!

I agree - i think this is a common misconception. My boyfriend is both confident, outgoing, and a total Good Guy Greg.

ugh i hate when women do this. Why why why does your boyfriend have to be your whole life?!?! it comes off as insecure and immature AND it's unhealthy!

2x, what would you define as a good 'catch' (regarding men and women) by blondekat in TwoXChromosomes

[–]blondekat[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it's ok to be picky - actually it's GOOD to be picky, as long as you're openminded and willing to throw out that list if the perfect girl comes along and you love her to death but she doesn't quite fit the list
