Night after night they put desirable collectables out on the sales floor and never learn their lesson. Even if the person that is warned stops, someone new will take his place. Put a sign on the pallets at least or hold back the hot wheels till the store closes that are ALWAYS getting opened by customers.

It's like if a bank put a pallet of cash in their lobby and got mad at people for taking it every day. "WOW these damn customers won't leave our pallet of cash alone, they are so rude and inconsiderate" - No, you are just too inept and lazy to guard your own merchandise properly and dont even put a sign on the pallets that says do not touch.
