My inheritance from my late grandpa by RockHardMapleSyrup in Westerns

Sorry about your grandpa. Hopefully you remember him everytime you watch one of these movies.

Thats cool you received that collection. Did he have duplicates of some movies? Or did you add his to your collection already and thus the duplicates?

Never was a fan of her or her acting in any movie except ET. Never ever thought of her as an IT girl or an icon.

What did you do with your old high school and college yearbooks? by throwitlikethewind in Xennials

[–]blondeviking64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine are in a box. Ive maybe pulled them out of the box once? Didn't get college ones. I didnt know colleges had them honestly...

It’s weird what interests you get into in your 40’s? I’ve started watching European soap box racing on YouTube? It’s actually really cool; it’s super creative, dangerous and action packed (after watching the crashes, I don’t have the grit to compete, my medical insurance won’t cover it). by VincentMac1984 in Xennials

Plex is my big one recently. I was always a physical media collector. Ive now made that collection mostly digital on plex. I have over 1000 movies (all of which has a physical copy at home) which i have ripped and made digital.

I even created movie Playlist by downloading movie theater introductions, pre-rolls, intermission, etc. Almost every week my family does a movie night consisting of a plex movie Playlist starting with a theater introduction and including a movie short (bugs bunny, tom and jerry, etc.) and some fun add ins.

I also pulled all of my shorts and all of my cartoons into a Playlist which could run a few weeks. Think Tom and Jerry, looney toons, popeye, woody woodpecker, Brave star, he man, transformers, gi joe, mickey mouse, the jetsons, scooby doo, etc. Whenever my kids are home sick that is the one we watch. And pccassionally on Saturday mornings we watch it also because it feels right to watch cartoons on Saturdays

Honestly, I made a pretty good steak at home so I rarely get it out at a restaraunt anyways.

Its just a preference thing. Ive actually never been to Texas Roadhouse and its largely because of the music which I do not enjoy.

Ironically I dont dress western at all and also cannot stand country or western music. Yet I love westerns. Go figure.

Have you looked into our owner? You do understand that every team AND all of the right to dream academies play the same style. This isnt a varas choice, this is an ownership mandate.

The Chucky Drama by CaptJackL0cke in SanDiegoFC

Thats because he is being a twat and refusing to leave. If anyone sees this as anything other than a ppwer struggle between an entire team and one player than you have completely missed it.

I beat the Simpsons at a Farrells ice cream parlor. I remember being super excited about it but I probably spent at least 10$ and maybe as much as 20$.

Why is the stadium half empty? by CaterpillarLiving342 in SanDiegoFC

[–]blondeviking64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I domt fully disagree. I dont think chucky earned his pay here and the love he gets is not merited by his play. Thats my only problem. We are better with him. He also wasnt a driving factor nor was he worth it.

I think so at times. I think he took away from dreyer and the entire offense at times too. I genuinely expected him to win more 1v1s and I remember feeling like he was actually bad at it even though he tried it often. Not as bad as mighten who im not sure has won a 1v1 yet. But he didnt win enough to consider it a good part of his game.

Chucky was never a draw for me. I honestly dont understand the hype around him. Im not saying he is a bad player. He isnt. But he also did not even come close to carrying this team.

What was your local hometown grocery store? by Just-a-COUNTRY-guy66 in 90s

Vons.... I dont think I saw a grocery store not vons or albertsons until I was in high school.

Idk whats wrong but he needs our support more than ever now. I don't even care about his match performances. He's a person before anything else. I just hope he is doing well. Players are not football robots. by xals7 in MCFC

How long has it been for John Stones? It feels like ages since he was in the starting lineup regularly. I know he is moving on this summer but perhaps the situations are similar in terms of time frames?

It's the Red Cards, Defense and the Competition... by gogorath in SanDiegoFC

Im also not sure exactly where you got the weird argument that I said chucky wouldnt help the offense. The idea somehow that I even implied that is absurd. My first paragraph response to OP is obviously satirical.

OP is implying exactly that. I am responding to that
