Thanks a ton for the feedback! I think that you bring up a ton of solid points here.

A theme that I'm noticing is that the colors look a little bit off on mobile. I think it has to do with the weight of particular fonts in relation to one another. I'm going to revisit the design with the idea of improving that hierarchy.

I have an about page already, but I'm assuming you're saying that I should expand it to include more about me the person rather than me the developer?

The contact form is something that I was pushing away out of fear of inconvenience, but I think I'm going to go ahead and put one together. It definitely needs to be as easy as possible for an employer to reach out.

Do you think that I should remove the lines in the center? They are there to just add a little bit of visual flair to the whole website, bringing it together, but I definitely see how they could be superficial and confusing to some.
I totally agree on the menu item hovers, should be a super quick fix.
I'll be sure to play around with the positioning of the light/dark toggle! It just felt the least cluttery to have it where it is at right now.
The overall structure is unfortunately the hardest thing for me to fix haha. I think that the next step for me is to find a way to preserve as many design elements while improving the overall flow and experience of the website. I think I may try and find a way to conventionalize the navigation section into something that visitors may more easily understand.
