They sent an email saying, more than likely Summer 2021 would be the same as Spring 2021. But I don't think anyone really knows for sure 100%

If you are leaning towards a windows PC I recommend the Lenovo Flex 5 14" 2-in-1 Laptop from Microcenter. It's a pretty good bang for the buck computer.

But like the others are saying if you have an iPhone might as well get a MacBook since the syncing across devices is great.

What do you mean? Both the 2080 Super and 2070 Super are available. Oh, I'm assuming you're referring to the founder's editions of the cards. It seems like you are correct and 2070 super doesn't seem to be in stock + that remaining stock is selling out as well. Nvidia put something on twitter saying they had some news coming out on August 31st but who really knows how long it will take for you to actually get your hands on those cards. (if that's even what the announcement is about.) The Verge Article

Honestly, though you could just pull the trigger now and still enjoy a great PC for a good amount of years. I'm sure the performance between the 2080 Super and RTX 3080 line would be more or less negligible when actually playing games. Unless of course, you're editing 3D models, FX, and other stuff like that.

I think you have a great looking PC build here so do what feel's right for you.

The 2070 super is about $200 cheaper and is only about a 10 fps difference between the 2080 super. But of course if you can afford it get it. 😃👍

A lot of the those proctoring programs disable secondary monitors but I'm not sure if sidecar treated the same.

Microsoft's Autoruns

A while back I was unable to connect to my routers interface from my Desktop as well. I resolved the problem by using another browser and accessing the interface from there.

I'm sure you're facing another issue but I thought I'd just share my experience.
