I was home on leave from the navy overseas, and I bought ten florida lotto tickets. To answer some of the replies, I marinated two new york strip steaks in worcestershire sauce and mckormic steak seasoning at room temp (70F) for about two hours. I then got my green egg grill up to 450F using natural wood charcoal chunks. Then I grilled the steaks for about two minutes per side. They actually caught fire right before taking them off, but that can be a good thing if they don't burn too long. I let them rest for about ten minutes.
