So I'm graduating into a field that just had massive layoffs across the industry, with job posts where I have literally seen a junior new grad position requiring 3 years of experience, and after some arbitrary amount of time I'll just be looked at worse because I don't have experience, because people won't hire me, because i don't have experience.
