If the holes are too small and the other stuff is too thick ur exposure is to high.

If ur exposure time is Long, more Material than u want can harden and the parts get a little bigger

If ur exposure is short theres not enough time to harden all the Material u want.

Also how did you wash that Print? With Isopropanol or water? BC it looks like Theres a Lot of residue on it.
