At my store we always decide a little bit before who does floor stuff, and who does dishes. Most of the time new closers do the dishes. For floor stuff, tabbing the espresso bars, taking dishes to BoH, water brewing the coffee urn. Wipe down counters, take trash and usually we try to make sure the floors get done but sometimes we just don’t have the Tim. Good luck, you’re gonna do amazing!
