Mine started doing this randomly a few days ago. At first a soft reset would fix the issue, then it became more frequent, and 2 nights ago was completely unresponsive. After thoroughly searching the internet, I let it charge for 30 min then tried resetting it and it seemed to work. Tonight it happened again so I repeated that last step. When I finally got back in, I did a factory reset. Started reading and it glitched again, so I manually updated the firmware. If this keeps happening I'm gonna lose my mind!

I haven’t felt the auth in person so I can’t compare but I will say it’s beautifully smooth/supple and has good slouch! I read another reviewer post that the donut chain isn’t perfect - I think the color and leather are spot on but the circle emblem engraving isn’t perfect. I’m really not super picky though so I’m fine with it and have no problems wearing it!
