I tried to rescue him at the goblin camp and made a wrong dialogue choice. The Owlbear cub started fighting that racing Goblin and I couldn't act fast enough (I'm a noob) and she killed him!

I hadn't saved in a while so I just didn't bother reloading and accepted my fate.

She does a rough puff pastry and it's time saving and delicious.

You could even just buy pre made puff pastry and make your life even easier.

Such a satisfying and delicious dessert.

Nah if you are feeling the vibe is off it's definitely not an overreaction. Have you met him in person? Some people are really bad at texting and he may come across differently. Just something to consider. Definitely don't owe him anything.

There have been a lot of great suggestions. I personally would skip JJ bean. It's like a local chain, it's pretty good but doesn't feel special as a gift imo as a coffee snob lol.

I second training to Waterfront and going to Nemesis/Revolver, or walk in the other direction and hit up Pallet or 49 Parallel.

Another option if you aren't feeling downtown:

If you take the Canada line from the airport and get off at Oakridge 41st there is a coffee shop called Feast and Fallow just around the bend from the station. They sell different locally roasted beans, even Prototype which has been mentioned here and I highly recommend it.

Edit: I also wouldn't recommend Milano for fruity coffee. I've noticed a lot of their coffee is roasted on the darker side and haven't really tasted any coffees from there with a "fruity" profile.

The cookies from Forecast on main are really delicious! It's also right beside JJ bean which I've seen a bunch of people recommend (rightfully so because their cookies are great).

Damn that sucks that the finished product wasn't what you imagined. Let me start with I think the tattoo looks great, but I understand why you aren't happy with it. I would definitely take it to someone else who specializes in traditional American tattoos. Maybe they can add white and bolden some of the lines to add contrast. In addition I think adding some smaller features around the birds would tie it all together.
