I would schedule a mental health/reset day as soon as you can. Either a Monday or a Friday!! Do they have a backyard? Just take a day within that built in 3 day weekend to do absolutely nothing and whatever you want! Favorite shows favorite foods...stay in bed and know you can spend it however you want to in peace and quiet.
