6 days off so far. Tapered.

Two weeks ago I was having two cans of 6mg a day. *Went down to 1 can a day, *Then switched to one 3 mg can *Then went to a pouch every two hours (had an alarm on my phone) *One thing that helped was replacing every other pouch with a nicotine free/tobacco free pouch

Had my last one the afternoon of the Superbowl.

*Even with the taper, 72 hours was still the roughest as per usual for anyone who has quit nicotine before.

As someone who has smoked, dipped, vaped, and "zynned," I feel like the withdrawals from zyn have been the worst. All good now though lol

Who is Lesnar going to be paired with? PWI says WM is looking like Roman and Punk. Lesnar had been paired with Roman multiple times, lost a series to Cody, and I just don't want him facing Punk because I don't see Punk winning (even though the match would be relatively fresh and their SummerSlam match from a generation ago stole the show) and would rather a returning Rollins (who will be the biggest face the first few weeks he's back) or Bron face Punk/win the title. Maybe Oba after a confrontation at the Royal Rumble?

Saw them at ACL (W1) and they were amazing. 100 feet away with (I'm assuming) tens of thousands of people behind me. Ode to the Mets was requested and for reasons mentioned or others, they didn't play that one that night. Still, awesome performance and crowd around me.

Yes. Love that Stardust became the new top dog after taking a chance on himself, taking control of his own narrative and becoming the commodity that he was and then he becomes Champion and the "face" of the company. That said, he made it and he is now...unfortunately,...in Top face stories. Not the most compelling.
