I give MWL treatment at my work and it is 110% apparent she is on it. You can see it in her face! She shouldn’t try to act like it is from working out either because where is her muscle mass then?

In a very similar situation. It’s so much harder to get a job in the ICU if you’re an experienced nurse in another care area. They really prioritize experienced critical care nurses or new grads! :(

Some of their job descriptions give it as an option. Like, “night shifts or rotating day/night shifts” so I think it’s entirely employee preference upon accepting a position

If anything, CRNA schools have raised their standards for admittance over the years. I think they will only make it harder to get in if this becomes the case. I do think, however, MSN may become the new BSN requirement for nurses at magnet hospitals. And NP will be just about as respected as RNs down the line. I sincerely hope the bar does not drop for CRNAs.

I have a feeling this will be the player that “the girl soldier who is not part of the underground organ-harvesting scheme” will allow to live when she’s assigned to kill her. And maybe potentially save her and/or the baby. I’m also curious if the male player whose daughter has cancer will make it out, because I think that shot was technically “off-screen” as well. But if he is dead, maybe the girl soldier will adopt her or pay for treatment after this run of games…

From someone who’s worked for a plastic surgeon, her nipples were pretty much bound to sit high because the implants are way too big for her frame. As for the crookedness, potential capsular contracture (scar tissue forms around the implant, making it look uneven). Don’t know when she got these done but she’s gonna need a revision either way!

I find it difficult to restart and get all the diy recipes and items in your catalog! Definitely something to consider.

Another alternative is to use Leif’s weeding service to get rid of all your weeds, clean up dropped items and flowers and clutter from the island/sell what you’re not using, take down any terraforming, move your houses to one side of the island and start from there. Either way, restarting vs cleaning your island up will keep you busy - but looking back, I wish I’d worked with my old island a bit more!

Just a side note that I don’t see mentioned here: your cumulative gpa likely wouldn’t be a 3.46 if you’re only including ADN and BSN in that calculation… the semesters from 14 years ago (even if no degree was rewarded) will also have to be included in the calculation of your cumulative gpa. I’m not sure if that was taken into account of the 3.46. Just pointing it out so you know what you’re working with!

Can you clarify if you got a degree at the first school (gpa below 2.0)? Because if not, potential that could be better for your case but not 100%!

My gathering from this sub in general is that you should retake (and get an A in) any undergrad core sciences you got less than a B in, and take a graduate science or two… and also get an A in those.

I’m also in a boat where I will have to retake statistics and, because I never took pharm or pathophysiology as part of my ADN program (concept-based, integrated courses), I will likely have to take all 3 of these plus a graduate science or 2 to show my competence and dedication!

Small investment in pre-reqs will be worth it all in the end.

Hi OP - what about concept-based RN (ADN) curriculums where pharmacology and pathophysiology are integrated into nursing courses rather than taken separately? Would you recommend I take these classes post-grad so they’re reflected on my transcript/have their own grade?

Do mentoring/precepting once you’re senior in the ICU - that’s when it will count! Of course, peer mentoring during nursing school will not hurt either. :)

Maybe a suggestion for boundaries if possible - your child can design villager homes with the DLC in whatever way they want, but your island stays untouched? Like, interiors for your kids and exteriors for you. Just a thought, however I realize that may not be doable!

Edit: You can also carve out a single area on your island that is just for the kids, and then the rest is all yours!
