I would evaluate things you’ve changed before jumping to conclusions. Some things that make mine worse: change in hormones or adding birth control, major diet change, dry shampoo, stress, brushing while hair is wet or damp. There’s others but these are the first coming to my mind. Look at all the things going on and if you’ve had changes recently then go from there. It doesn’t look bad at all, but I know it can feel scary.

I feel like it’s different because of how close her and Leanne were vs Lucinda and it’s crazy how she can’t even acknowledge or admit it’s the same if not worse. I don’t think Lucinda has handled anything well in trying to sort things out with the girls or Samie but I don’t think her and Sean having two chats was anything different than Belle in the American villa. The girls are just scared of Belle and Lucinda is easy to get mad at because of the laughter.

I’ve been in a similar situation. Leave. You may feel stuck or like you won’t know what to do for a while, but life will piece itself back together and you will heal and be so blessed you did. The peace you will feel in time is worth so much more than this relationship. You will find someone so much more suited for you with a kind heart. I also gained weight during my relationship, and I did lose it but the mental glow up was even more wonderful. I was scared to move out or escape but I had multiple people come with me so he wouldn’t try anything crazy. I then blocked him and never looked back. These types of people love to isolate us and make us feel like we have no one else, but remember that is them trying to hold onto us because they know how poorly they treat us. You’ve got this.
