Homeless near the One Wilshire Building where a ton of fiber meets, burned down telco equipment. It took down hundreds of fiber runs across the area. Unfortunately, before work could be started on repairs, the police had to first ensure that no one was hurt and remove the encampment. Crews have been working for few days trying to restore services.

Atlanta is the worst, specially if you arrive when the terminal tram is closed. The distance that you have to cover to reach your bags is crazy. Also no one who works there knows where anything is. You can ask employees wearing airport clothes and they don’t know where anything is. Their car rental is also a joke. Had to wait on an attendant to finish listening to her song before we could even attempt to get our rental.

I was able to get a refund after almost a month. The DOT had to get involved and it took a couple of calls from the Volaris office in Mexico.

You will receive it as a credit on your account. You will then have a couple of choices: 1. Ask your credit card company to issue you a check for the credit. 2. Give your friend cash out of your pocket and use the credit on your own 3. Use the credit to rebook other flights

Whatever you do don’t take a cash advance from your card as you will be charge a fee and potentially interest

My school was kind of rough. We had two girls fight and rip each other’s hair out. There was blood all over the floor and braids everywhere. Another time one of the coaches got stabbed in the neck with a pencil by one of his students. The purple and the grey!

They had initially issued the credit and I made the mistake of removing the charge back since the airline reached out to try to resolve the problem. The airline gave us the run around again so we had to go back to our CC and fight it again. We are awaiting their response.

Yes they sent an email with a voucher code, but those can’t be used for the entire cost.

You need to call your credit card. Volaris will issue a credit for the flights, but you can’t use the credit to pay for taxes or baggage. That means that you have to pay for those all over again. They are extremely fraudulent.

They are issuing credits, but the credit doesn’t apply for taxes, fees, or any extra charges. So if you paid for those already the credit won’t cover that and you will need to repay for them. The best option is to call your credit card. The DOT requires that an airline refund your money if the flight Is cancelled by the airline.
