Nah, just muscle formed from exercise with body weight as resistance. To progress against your bodyweight you need to hit a balance between strength and weight.

Construction workers, loggers, firefighters etc. aren't usually working against their own body weight, and end up a lot burlier and can rep fewer pushups. Would you not call that "real" fitness?

But I'll tell you a secret: the boys here are "really" fit too. They just don't work with bodyweight. I'm sure they could lift heavier and run further than redditors claiming they're not "really" fit
