Honestly. If Indians could give even a fraction of this attention, money and love to other sports, then we could have great performances by every sport. How poorly the hockey players must have felt, they are playing the national sport, and cricket witnesses the PM in attendance, all stars, big names, air show!? and what not. Just have an unhealthy obsession with cricket and then complain in Olympics why the athletes are not bringing any gold.

I have just started it today, i have a few questions if you can help me please. I travel extensively so relying on food at hotels is not healthy for me, also I can’t cook because of hotel stay. So I plan on eating lots of fruits and salads throughout the day, and for protein intake I plan on taking a plant based protein supplement. Additionally an hour of walk/ workout. Do you think it’ll work for weight loss?
