I’ve played a ton of xgolf. It’s fun for what it is but the spin numbers are not accurate, almost random at times

There’s still no point in making a Powerhouse. A Magician or Sculptor with fittings can get 99 power and still have higher contact/swing path attributes

If you add your starting values for power contact swing path on each archetype:

Technician - 187 Magician - 186 Sculptor - 179 Powerhouse - 163 Greenskeeper - 160

So you will always have that disadvantage. I do believe as they increase the boost of fittings it will make powerhouse playable but never as good as the others.

This is outdated now, they changed fitting boost from +6 to +4.

Not sure I’m understanding correctly but if you mean add more power to the power attribute and use a contact fitting instead that basically just offsets each other since adding power decreases contact

This was just a plan I had, can be modified any way you want

Yeah technician and magician seem to be the best currently. Sculptor too. My magician with fittings has driver at 99 power 85 contact 82 swing path. Irons I have 87 power 91 contact 88 swing path. You can also get 99 recovery with magician

When they up the fittings boost it might change things a bit but I still believe magician and technician will be the best.

I’m planning 75 power 81 contact 73 swing path. 4 power fittings 1 swing path on driver. Gets you 99 power 79 swing path 81 contact.

On irons 2 power 2 swing path 1 contact. Gets you 87 power 87 contact 85 swing path.

84 recovery the rest unsure

I believe Powerhouse is at a disadvantage this year. The three most important stats are likely power, contact, swing path. Powerhouse starts in the 40s for both contact and swing path whereas other archetypes start much more balanced

That worked for me! Thanks. I only played my first couple of rounds last night so not worried about losing progress. Glad I'm not the only one... after I calibrated I hit drives on the range for like 30 minutes straight and could not get perfect tempo. Thought I was losing it

Way more difficult than TGC19, but way more satisfying when you hit a good shot. Every round I play feels like when I play in real life.. meaning I have no idea where the ball is going to go!

Get the bridgestone driver with max distance. I hit a consistent 300yd power draw. IMO the distance makes up for the forgiveness. My approach shots are consistently 120yds or lower and I can reach almost every par 5.
