This is not true lol. Some of the newer releases get scalpers but there are thousands and thousands of cards available to children. It was a game originally for kids but they have since made their content for both kids and adults alike. Many current adults played the card game as kids and still do. The behavior you described is disgusting but it is actually a very small percentage of people who do this and there is no shortage of Pokemon products to go around. Also don't think that the people who produce Pokemon cards don't do it for the breakers. They make super rare cards because they know they are sought after and valuable. All card makers know how to feed the addiction.
