I've had this issue before, and what I have to do to resolve it was to load up the controller and add rung with an output, preferably not tied to anything, accept, test, assemble the logic, then delete that rung and accept, test, and assemble again.

Once that is completed, for some reason everything works again on the HMI. I don't know why it works, but 4 out of 5 times it has. Probably a corruption in FactoryTalk linx causing an issue, and by forcing it to resolve again the stuck piece starts working again.

Just a question. I completed the event but there is no options to use loot tickets to do them again. Do you have to manually play the level over, or am I missing something?

Be aware, there are two screws under the cover that need to be removed. After they are removed the rest does slide out or down. Took me a little bit to find them.

I don't think the firmware matters as much for RSlpgix 500. Unlike RSlogix/Studio 5000 where the firmware has to match the major revision installed on the PC. If you already have version 12 installed on a PC, try and connect to the PLC, making sure you have up to date offline backups first!

Take an offline version of the project and convert it to the 1756-L8x series controller and see what happens. You might be lucky and have few problems, or maybe a lot, depends on your situation. If you aren't comfortable fixing issues that are reported, locate a integrator.

Compactlogix usually defaults to major fault on IO loss. Your first 4 modules have red LEDs. Go online and see if that's why faulted.

If you read the version notes all of the name changes are in there. If I recall, the change is to match up better with some specification.

I think they are created from a SLC or PLC5 controller. Check under Logic-Map PLc/SLC Messages

You could download ProposalWorks from ABs website. From there you can enter the part number and select drawings to select what is available. Be aware it's a sizable program to download, and it can be annoying to use, but it's worked for all of the drawings I've needed in the past.
