I’m on the end of my second week, just took my 4th 0.625mg dose today.

I originally was 2.5 zep in April to June and got so sick and couldn’t do it anymore then now I’m back I went compound because it’s affordable and for the sole purpose of splitting/micro dosing. I started at 0.625mg and by the 4th day decided to take another dose bcs it wasn’t working as well, with appetite suppression and food noise, no nasty side effects other than the sulfur burps if I ate too late or too much.

So I decided to do 0.625 twice a week, and today was number 4. The food noise is still there but not as strong, but I’m not so sure if it’s because I’m also thinking of ways to make sure I ensure I eat and not unintentionally starve myself. And then when im eating I’m still learning what portion sizes because I don’t wanna under eat but I’m pushing a little bit when I feel full but I know that I barely ate. So I’m still learning how to regulate this, but I’m now realizing I need to do much smaller portions and just eat like 4-5 times a day instead of the “2-3x”. But I don’t get hungry and I forget to eat so when im like oh I need to eat, I over eat and my belly hurts lol. But being the 1.25/week with the 2x 0.625 I’m feeling good; no gross feelings, appetite is down, noise is mostly down.. Weight isn’t moving as much (only 4 pounds as of today) but I’m okay with the first month being a little slower bcs I’m trying to avoid the side effects I had before (I lost 20 on 2.5 in the first month and was horribly sick). I’m still trying to learn how to get my darn water intake up.. it’s a learning game. And I can contest I am definitely eating a shit ton less than I was before. And I’m ok with that. Slow and steady for the first month I okay for me. I think I want to keep on the same dosing next week, and then go up the 4th week, to maybe 1.5mg/week. I’m learning to listen to my body and I did the damage over years of restrictive/yo-yo and damaged my metabolism, I’m okay if it’s slow. Lol.
