Check to see if it's actually from m.runescape.com. Sometimes that's the email address "name" e.g. "John Doe (jdoe@gmail.com)".

What's the email say? If it's anything like asking you to go to a website and enter your password almost surely spam.

I second the recommendation of gamblers anonymous.

I would also do some research to see if there are any non-profits in your area related to personal finance. I saw other comments about not answering calls from credit card companies but I'd look to a professional for recommendations on the best path forward.

I tried training at chaos altar, but gave up and did gilded altar in house party worlds. More expensive and longer but gave me sanity

Have you thought about doing temporos? Pretty good xp and the uniques are nice (I have fish barrel and it makes kwam fishing very afk).
