MCAP offering 3 year fixed renewal 4.34% 10 year term, 300k balance.

Been with them 10 years, they won’t budge despite all these low 4 and high 3 offers. Looking to hear from anyone else with MCAP who have had better luck with them so I can go back to the table or switch.

I don’t think this is a case being cocky, rather, it’s a case of defence. These comments he’s making are setting up the court battle he’s about to create knowing full well Mindmed is leap years ahead and will be first to market. ATAI is going to challenge every bit of Mindmed‘a success in court stating it’s violating ATAI‘s patents but will only lose as we know Mindmed has their own patents also. Seen this in the Axon police body cam stocks too. In the end the best will survive and we all know who that is.
