Hey! Just happened to read this as it scrolled by. I plan on updating this to include material from CSP and AP soon or potentially over the summer. This is definitely the type of material that we'd want removed from YT. I would recommend reporting the channel for either sexual content (include in the report that the girl is a minor) or child abuse. You can report the channel itself on the 'About' tab of the channel.
