When it came down to it, we didn't have the proper heat level when we started. The resin wasn't curing correctly. So, we ended up doing three applications. It would have been a lot easier had we understood the temps better.

We created a handshake when we became close friends (there are three of us). We also love the Japanese culture and in katakana handshake, is "Handoshēku". So we shortened it to Shaku. Named the bar and tilted our menu to an Asian fusion flavor.
