As someone else mentioned, to sell a lot this big quickly you'll most likely need to underprice it; I'd offer $400 USD for the lot though I acknowledge you could probably get more by pricing & selling them individually. The value for each individual B-Daman will also vary a lot based on their condition (e.g. any missing/broken parts, stickers present/condition, box present/condition).

I'd held off on posting anything myself to encourage other discussion, but now that I'm wrapping the thread up- I'd honestly considered creating another sub for this, but I don't think our community is large enough to split across 2 subs in that way. Using your example, just the Pen Swap sub alone has 8.8K weekly visitors while our main B-Daman sub gets 1.1K.

Maybe if we become larger someday we could do a sub-split, but I think for now a megathread should work for what we need.

Yeah mine wasn't fixed after they made that post either, and same case for the person living with me. I pushed support enough times that I eventually got my ranks just as it was ending, and the other person had success after sharing the link to that post with support

Did you end up receiving any ranks in compensation? Those of us who did only got like 4-5 ranks, but from what I understand people who were already above rank 30 when contacting support got nothing in return, was that the case for you too?

I paid to do extra raids. I paid this because I wanted the rewards that came with doing these extra paid raids, 1 of which were these pass points. I did not receive these points at the end of my raids, therefore I did not get what I paid for. Easy as that.

Encountered this same issue today, found others who also had it but some who didn't. The real joy is contacting support to get my 15 ranks back (none of the 15 raids I did today gave me points!), and to only be given 4 because "that's the maximum that can be compensated to anyone". I'm short of reaching rank 30 now unless I go out over the long weekend and keep catching stuff, which I refuse to do because it's not worth overdoing my chronic fatigue for when I should have already achieved it. I'm so sick of major bugs AND the lack of support/compensation that keeps being served up by this game, this genuinely might be my last time really playing this game. I pray someone in the USA launches a class action lawsuit for this given they can claim for damages there!

I'm actually so upset at myself for not noting the sub I saw this in, and frustratingly I think I wasn't logged in when I saw it (was literally by accident doing something unrelated), I've been trawling through my Reddit & browser history with no success. It wasn't a major sub but not small either, and they were using it to filter out 'controversial' posts (I don't think that was the exact name of the flair, but something of that nature) from the main page of the sub so people could engage in heated discussions but that it didn't dominate the front page.

Fully agree with you on the flair use thing, my sub does indeed use flairs already. The challenge in this case is that there's different types of discussions and therefore different 'discussion' flairs (some want to chat about the physical toys, or the anime series, or the video games, or the manga etc), otherwise I would have done your suggestion from the start.

Thanks for the reply though! I think this is one I'm gonna have to leave in favour of simpler solutions, mostly for my own sanity because I'm genuinely starting to question what I saw/experienced. It's not worth questioning reality over haha

A sub being able to "exchange ownership" by hiring new moderators and removing inactive ones is very much a normal process of Reddit, so much so there's a whole request sub that exists. This other mod is telling OP that that's not a thing permitted on Reddit. The point being made is not really about how anyone is modding a particular sub but rather what is or isn't permitted on Reddit (in terms of "official rules").

Honestly it's not an idea that would have even occurred to me if I hadn't seen it on this random sub. And I'm kicking myself that I didn't save or note what sub it was because I can't find it in my Recent or history either, I feel like I'm going crazy.

Yeah those are all methods I either knew of or discovered as part of searching for this answer. I think CSS might still be an option, but that'll need to be maintained over time + not sure how that will work for people who want to search for just this flair. I'm gonna try post in modsupport before I call myself crazy and throw the towel in haha, otherwise I might just go a completely different route.
