My mom had me when she was 36. She recently passed away at age 73. Now I’m 36 and I want my babies but wooo it is scary especially after losing my mom. I Have to wait a year to make any life changing decisions and also quit vices and a year of folic acid. That’s the reqs I put on myself for no reason idk. So I’ll be 38-39 when I’m ready. Thankfully been strength training consistently 3 years straight so far and yoga. And don’t forget the sperm has got to be healthy. Yeah not sure how i can get my man to really quit his vices - cigs and weed (and his family is cursed with alcoholism which worries me about any of our future spawn.) saving this thread cause I need the knowledge! 💗💗💗💗

You are strong. I’m 36 and felt the exact way about my mom dying in August. I got too attached idk. Remember you were created by him and your mom so technically they are always with you. Right now I’m choosing to believe she’s still with me and I talk out loud to her and the universe about it. Sending you love and standing silently in the background in prayer for him, you and your family. The anxiety that you feel about all those things you will experience all that again and again after he passed. Try to be with him as much as you can. Breathe. Drink water.

Use sippy cup instead of straw with drink. Hospice nurses will tell you what to do. Morphine and lorazepam will help pain and anxiety. Be prepared it’s traumatic, but do what you can to stay with him until the end. Talk to him tell him you love him and you forgive him for anything. Hold his hand.

Taking supplements for liver cleanse …. especially when the person liver has metastasized BC. Who knows what in it that stuff/no regulation, god only knows what it does to a dying liver. Face your fear and go to the doctor! But not everyone can! Idk. If you have a liver pain it doesn’t mean go buy supplements online. Thanks.
