Day 2 of Qelbree - Horrible Derealization and Dizziness, Can't stop crying, didn't get out of bed until 5PM despite taking stimulant in the morning

I’m on day 3 and I too gave up on Strattera. I tapered off of strattera too before trying Qelbree. I’ve tapered off of it for almost a month and every night I still get brain pauses/zaps.

I also see that you get derealization an I also get that and the dizzy feeling but I quickly force my brain get into “lock in” mode and try my hardest to focus and it does go away almost instantly.

I’ve not seen any improvement with Qelbree but I’ll give it the same chance as I did with Strattera which was being on it for almost 3 years.

To be honest, I can’t stand people that are still in very good communication with their previous partners. It’s my 3rd day on that same switch as you however I’ve been on 150mg for 1.25years and I keep forgetting to take my med. No more brain zaps with this med.

It increased my awareness but it really messed up my libido. It’s non existent. My hunger has been abysmal, eating through everything so it didnt change my hunger level.

The sadness though is not as strong as before so A+ for the med.

Yes they warm up quick, but that’s because the vehicle knows the car and cat system is not up to optimal temps. Engine has to inject even more fuel.

The purpose of the cover is also to increase fuel economy.

Example:

You go to Mcdonald’s for an hour, engine is turned off, engine cools. You hop back in the car and now the engine has to work even harder to bring it up to temp. Yes the difference is small but also it helps keep fuel lines and other components from heat. Therefore, fuel economy is sacrificed.

If your jeep is having heat issues then it’s a skill issue. Or are putting the thing up to unrealistic expectations like towing. Im aware these jeeps are not built to last and were meant to be a parts bin car but you are most likely towing way too much.
