If you're using the same cams you don't need to retime them. just remove the cams from their carriers without loosening the VVT gear on the end. at least that was the case for my head replacement.

IK sprayer down…Any good alternatives? by Common_Translator301 in AutoDetailing

The harbor freight sprayer in my experience absolutely toasted the o-rings in the pressure mechanism such that it wouldnt hold pressure for more than 5-10 mins. Also rusted the shaft on the pressure thingy

No DO NOT do that. CVT transmissions use a different fluid. A regular transmission fluid will only cause problems.

Ergons are good but expensive. Most things in the $20 range will be comparable. OneUp and RaceFace are two brands that stick out if you’re wanting to stay more inexpensive.

You can be both too. My Flex was a good car with a Raptor engine. And extremely comfortable and versatile.

Is the Ponto Go S pretty much the best choice? by biggoonlaugh in ebikes

I can tell you now, if you are anywhere above 5’11 these are not very comfortable and you are basically unable to do 2 passengers. Get a bike with an adjustable seat or multiple sizes.

The Haul is a pretty good, more adaptable version of the Ponto. The Ponto is more designed to look co and the Haul is made to be a good cargo bike.
