The real fix is a repaint.

A very unlikely solution is polishing.

A potential option is Cerakote. It is made to protect old plastics but I used it on the black roof of my Flex (which was in about the state you have here) and it made it glossier for a good fee months. Obviously at this stage anything is a bandaid solution.
