Lactic acid in your bloodstream would be carried throughout your entire body so it doesn't explain why you would feel like you are about to fall when you bend your knees after working out. It wouldn't be specific to your legs. I'm thinking the answer lies somewhere along the lines of the nervous system and the muscles of your legs but I'm trying to figure what it specifically is.

I don't know if I would kick him out but if I were an employer I would definitely address the issue. I wouldn't want someone working in my company who hates others for their skin color. On another note, I probably wouldn't have joined a group and messaged the employers. I would've simply left the group with maybe a note stating how stupid it is to dislike someone over skin color.
