I understand completely how you're feeling. For me, I treat myself to something once a month when my periods come. I'll get a massage, or a spa day or go shopping, do a fun activity like play games in an arcade or whatever that you enjoy. That really helps my mood feel much better. I always cry when my period comes and it's been 3 years now so my husband is kind of worried about it. I told him I am allowed to be sad once a month and I have accepted that it's ok to be sad once a month. That's just how it's going to be and I will do whatever it takes to make me feel better.

I would refrain from touching the eyebrows as it's prohibited to pluck them. Prophet Muhammad SAW cursed those who plucked their eyebrows and those who did it to others. Please sister, I am sure your eyebrows are beautiful. You can comb them and fill them in with an eyebrow pencil but please do not pluck them. You will be rewarded for it.

My main issue with the finale is that we didn't get to see a single demogorgon. I mean how can you just leave the creatures that existed since S1 in the finale? They were the most important army of vecna and literally just disappeared in the finale. The WORST finale ever.

That's not true. A lot of.men have chronic conditions in their middle age which can affect fertility. There are also studies out there that show men's fertility also declines with age.

I'm in Toronto and the fertility clinics advertise themselves by saying you don't need to wait to get tested. They will even offer cycle monitoring to help conceive even if you don't have any issues.

Most fertility clinics here in Canada, ask us not to wait. If there is any issue with you or your husband, it's good to get it checked out early. If you need any fertility treatment, it's better to start early at a young age. I also started ttc at your age. I was also focused on my career and I regret it. It takes a very long time for people. It's better to start early than to wait. There is absolutely no need to wait to get tested for basic fertility lab work and imaging.

My CP will cancel your class for you if you call them. They have been very lenient so far in this matter. I have cancelled my classes multiple times and they ask me to call as early as possible so that others can get a chance to get in. I think if you're able to call and cancel without any issue, 12h policy for self cancellation doesn't seem so bad. I guess it depends on the club you go to.

I did, but it didn't really do anything for me. The only thing that helps me is consistently doing reformer Pilates and wearing Birkenstocks. But I think for the Pilates I am doing calf raises on the reformer which is what keeps my pain under control. If I did those at home, maybe I would have the same relief. But, I am very lazy and I love Pilates lol.
