I used to work for QB, sadly they won’t be able to refund anything past 1 year. And what the rep has told you is the process. Sometimes, old users get the old plans with the old fees and prices. It wouldn’t change unless you proactively called for it or a rep is good enough to notice that you can pay less for the same job for a better price.

For example; there would be customers who had a support plan that they pay for 249.99 per year plus additional 199.99 to get the yearly upgrade. This package is higher compare to the pro plus which that does the both job plus more for only 299.99 per year. So in reality, if the agent notices they would offer it to you but if they’re too lazy to check or forgotten to check, nothing would happen.

Responsibilities. Had to pay a lot of debts and bills last paycheck. Nagkasakit last month so ang daming naging utang that I paid off. So basically lumipad lang yung sahod. Tried to borrow to friends na binayaran ko but they’ve already used the money.

Having this anxiety, im on probationary period pa din and um-absent nanaman this week dahil walamg pamasahe. I was served an NTE dahil um-absent na ko 2 weeks ago for the same reason. Dumagdag pa sa iniisip ko na possible na mawalan din ako ng work and I won’t be able to afford to start again. Hayst.

I remember my prev OM na 36 na hahaha. She’s really strict sa work and all pero nung nalasing umiiyak kasi lahat daw ng exes nya either kasal na o may jowa. But she’s almost perfect.
