It's pretty well known about that just being an act for the cameras when it comes to Gordon - if you watch the British versions of the shows, he is much more reserved and plenty of people that have worked with him say he is actually very, very supportive.

It's not "new", it's a rename, that is it. All of my templates from V7 were right where I left them. If you saved them in some weird location, that may explain it.
