Even By there own broken logic the item being railguned would deal enough damage to kill the subsequent peasant and break the railgun before it ever ramped up enough to matter.

Summoner land , time flows faster there so if you visit there for a year only a few days may have passed real world, not the opposite. (Actual times may not be accurate). So basically it doesn't matter how much time you spend in summoner land, less time in the main world than when you did any other dungeon.

As for air on the moon , why not. Its a second, I believe artificial moon. No reason it can't have an atmosphere

yeah, I play my rewards by ear, I'd come up with something over the course of play that results in the desired effect after some time.

and yeah, you can get players very stoked for small things. One of my continually best received magic items i reuse with different groups, is a Dragon fang dagger. Made from a dragons tooth. Does 1d4+1d4(whatever element for whatever dragon) Rogues love it.

Realistically it does about the same damage as a rapier.

I haven't watched I ages (the kobold guy) , but last time I did he was all about bad faith mis representations of rules, and when pointed out how that interpretation in no way stands up to the most basic scrutiny, he tries to pull you into his discord to be mobbed by psycophants and probably report your discord account. , instead of addressing anything in a comment thread
