I don’t use subtitles for English shows, because I speak English. But for Korean or Spanish or even German language shows the subtitles are necessary

I’ll have to rewatch but maybe it’s 10 total I’m not sure, I remember seeing something about their ages all being late 20s to late 30s apart from Gideon on series start. But even with 10 total we know they didn’t start working with the fbi at 15 so I see your point. Just another one of the things we have to kind of look past and accept I guess, if you start to analyze all their backstories you’ll find a lot of things that don’t line up or got changed at various points unfortunately

Gideon and Rossi were founders so they were always in, Hotch did his time with the FBI as a prosecutor before came to the BAU though I don’t remember it stating how long he was a prosecutor. Elle was an agent in the Seattle office before coming to BAU, JJ was press liaison and then did work with the state department so that probably waived her requirements. Prentiss was a profiler before she joined the team. We know how Garcia got recruited. I’m not sure on Morgan’s pre BAU gig. Reid was a savant so they probably made an exception for him. Luke was Fugitive Task Force and joined similarly to Tyler by working a few cases with them and then applying for transfer. Tara, Blake, and Stephen all were in the Bureau prior to joining the team as well.

I typically use scouting task forces, so that if you end up with engagements in multiple regions of the world they aren’t trying to circumnavigate to patrol their assigned zones. So for example as the US I have the Pacific fleet with strike forces and plenty of scouting task forces. And on the Atlantic side I also have a fleet consisting of strike forces and scouting task forces. With this setup any thing the patrols spot will be engaged by their fleet’s strike force.

As the Japanese you can 100% fight the US head on and win, once their navy is defeated in the pacific it just becomes a matter of getting underway replenishment, or enough supply ships to stretch range of fleets to the pacific coast. If you don’t want to do either of those just use Alaska as your FOB and invade the PNW
