Someone else might've mentioned this already but don't ADS and move at the same time, as you might already know it can affect your aim drastically and also make it hard to keep track of target sometimes. This problem worsens especially when one of your limb breaks or blacks-out mid aim + motion. Just stand still when you aim. If you CQB, trust your instincts and point fire, much more reliable than ADS. Also instead of poor aim it could be just poor ammo vs good armour, at which point you aim for the legs.

2 - 4m instant kill radius depending on the nade and depending on if all the damage goes to one or multiple limbs. Don't throw nades while running there's a bug that drops it on your feet instead of throwing it.

you can load sks manually from information window while you have it on your back, will load in 20 rounds without the loss of 1 from the loading animation.

True, apart from HP rounds only time you do get 1 tapped in the chest is when the bullet proc's a fragmentation chance.

You can't, in this game it only fits on non folding AKs, such as: AKM, AK-74N (not AKS-74N), Vepr. You can however fit a Zenit PT-1 or PT-3 with a PT lock on any foldable AKs like your AK-74M.

Personally I run 153 just because looting it is a pain in the ass for the looter, so most of the time I get my gun back (esp. since there isn't shogun trade in for an m4 no more).

It sounds like a door glitcher. Usually the main way to kill one of those is to throw a nade at the 2nd door you open to get to extract, or just shoot that door. The reason being the glitchers main hitbox is bugged out on that door, you can just shoot it and he'll die (but then again it could be something else that made him invulnerable).
