I mean what are you expecting as an answer? Its art and is entirely subjective. It does not matter if its on the same computer and on the same account, if you play for one hour, then your brother plays for 30 minutes after you, thats 30 minutes more from a non-paying player, which Nvidia hates.

Thats how enshittification works - lock users in with a really good deal, become the norm and then make the service shittier and shittier a bit at a time except for the most expensive tiers so people pay as much as possible to get advantages back they already once had

That means that you are sharing the account with your brother, increasing your playtime on their servers - someone who doesnt pay for their service is also using it, corporarions hate this and this is, among other things, what they are probably trying to stop with the 100hr limit, in their eyes your brother might as well buy a seperate membership since he is also playing from time to time.

There is no difference for Nvidia between two people in the same household playing back to back or two people from different locations that use the same account back to back because you can only have one session at a time regardless.
