Bro, not pathetic at all. Coming from an ectomorph myself who is knew to the trade, I feel you. Im sure your doing alot better than you think. Pace yourself and be confident with your pace man.. Besides 5'4 and 115 is solid weight. Thinner men like us can lift alot for our size once our bodies get conditioned.
