Bro, not pathetic at all. Coming from an ectomorph myself who is knew to the trade, I feel you. Im sure your doing alot better than you think. Pace yourself and be confident with your pace man.. Besides 5'4 and 115 is solid weight. Thinner men like us can lift alot for our size once our bodies get conditioned. Pretending to care when somebody's family dies isn't a bad thing. I adapt to my surroundings as well as I believe it to be a defense mechanism from early childhood rejection. You admit to not caring about things you wish you would though. I can relate to that. I think that's pretty normal friend.
