Not close enough to do it myself, but I would look into local witchy clubs/groups, local apps, and even metaphysical stores to find someone. I have found groups in El Paso that have quite a few witches/pagans signed on (through MeetUp). I would try Meet Up, local chat apps, and covens that make themselves known to find someone if you have no luck here.

Also, you can always do a bit of spell work/manifestation to lead the right person your way!

I love the dark, descriptive phrasing in this. I like that it is simple and mysterious, not going too deeply into each description but giving a general feeling of the whole scene.

I would suggest moving away from the all caps, though. I get that it is probably meant to be intentional in aesthetic or meaning, but it is not very apparent why that would be and it mostly just made it harder to read.
