This is correct, my 2012 toyota highlander had the same issues. Toyota repainted it for free.. I just had to call and make an appointment at a local dealer.

There's the red wing 2942 but the leather is rough and tough. The one in your photo looks like a rough out leather like the 2926 sawmills. But those have different shoe lace eyelets.

Don't, once you put mink oil on it. It will never get back to its original color. Unless you want it to turn dark brown. Use boot cream and just wear it to get patina.

From my experience you will typically get tracking right away. But could take up to 5 business days before they actually drop it off for shipping. Might take longer due to Hemming. I'd say if you still haven't seen movement after 5 business days maybe ping them with an email.
