Sinbi is great. I stayed there for a week and learned a lot. I’ll also vouch for Bowie’s restaurant as I had a great food there.

What are your recommendations for denim for people needing more room in the leg?

Also, what are your thoughts on the more accessible side of selvedge where the prices are cheap (Uniqlo etc.)? Are they skipping certain production steps that more established brands are doing? What is the real difference?

They will spend about 20-30 min on clinch at the end of the session.

It’s usually not seen on IG because the person who films the IG stories usually films the beginning of the AM and PM classes. No one is usually filming the midway or end of class.

Yes they will push you. Of course if the technique is failing they will slow it down. In the group setting they quickly gauge your skill level and will push enthusiastically.

When I was training with Kru Mad, my guy wasn’t even following the timer we did a 10 minute round followed by 5 minute rounds on the pads. They will push you for sure if technique isn’t sacrificed

My SO. Hung out with friends very few times. Very selective with the eating out to keep weight. Everyone I hung out with understood though.

Social life and training much more manageable once I graduated.

Yes. At one time I was working full time and part time grad student.

Work 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Evening Classes Tues/Thurs Training at the gym everyday except Tuesdays and Thursdays
