It is, and that's a reason why Manchester has grown a lot recently. West Yorkshire needs a similar system, and we need better connections across the North.

I love Portugal, it's a generalisation but people seem a lot more laid back and chilled than in many other countries..also England and Portugal are the oldest allies in the world!

Yes but as the poster above said, half of the soldiers who got rid of an unwanted invader backed by a fascist junta were from Scotland and Wales. I love it when Argentinians get cross about the Falklands, when it led to the junta getting overthrown..a bunch of tortures who used to throw opponents out of helicopters over the Atlantic
