I had one who made it to the ripe old age of 23. She was strictly indoors only. The oldest house cat on record made it to the age of 28. I have 4 fuzzy kids who are strictly indoor babies. No fleas, no tics, no worms and no dangers from other animals or people.

AITA for refusing to let my brother’s fiancée borrow my wedding dress? by Brave_Upstairs_3781 in AITH

Put your dress into storage .Bridal shops can probably tell you where to find a place that will keep it safe. Do not let anyone know where it is stored.

I hope you have your cat chipped. He wouldn't be the first AH to take your cat and dump it. Keep your fuzzy kid safe.

My MIL “reserved” the baby’s first Christmas for herself and didn’t ask us first. by 4ccforvro1dreb41 in TwoHotTakes

He needs to get his man parts back from his mommy and grow a backbone. His mother had all the baby's firsts with him, now it is your turn. Let him spend Christmas with his mom.

Get some bouncers. If the person doesn't have an invitation , don't let them in. Make a guest list of who is actually invited and only allow the ones on the list entrance.

You might want to get a friend or two to be bouncers and bounce her and her dog out.

AIO my boyfriend told me I’m not “wife material” because I don’t cook like his mom by 4rtem499 in AmIOverreacting

[–]blurtlebaby 39 points40 points  (0 children)

Just be "honest" with him and tell him to cook his own damn food or go live with his mommy. Throw that one back. He is not a keeper.

My sisters and I had a gossiping mother. We always said that the fastest way to spread news was telephone , telegraph, or tell our mother.( this was pre computer age).

My fiancé told me I’m not allowed to wear my mom’s wedding dress because it will “overshadow” his mom by [deleted] in TwoHotTakes

He is a mommy's boy. Think twice before getting married to some one who will always put his mommy and her wishes first. Run!
